Since joining the group, I have had the best experiences of vets I have ever had. When my rabbit moo needed to be put to sleep, the cat and rabbit clinic in Duston couldn’t have done any more to make the experience as bearable as possible for both moo and myself. They gave me time and listened to my wishes. They explained everything without treating me like I wouldn’t understand (I’ve had this elsewhere). I saw 3 different vets between the Duston and Northampton branch throughout her diagnosis and at the end and all 3 were amazing. You can tell that they really do care about the animals as they make them feel comfortable on every visit. I am never left in the waiting area for long and the reception staff are always friendly at both branches. It can be very hard to find a good vet and I don’t think I even knew what a good one is until I joined Northlands. And a big thank you from moos sister mee mee for letting her spend time with her sister before she left, it made it easier for her to understand that she is gone.

Hi there, amazing vet humans (Northampton & Kettering)! I just wanted to give you a big, waggy-tailed thank you for taking such good care of me during my surgery. You made me feel so safe and loved, even when I was a little scared. Your gentle paws and kind voices were just what I needed to feel better. Now, I’m back to chasing my tail and going for walks all thanks to you! My humans and I are so grateful for your pawsome care. You’re the best! Lots of tail wags and slobbery kisses, Harley 🐶

I would like to say a massive thank you for the care and kindness the staff showed whilst my dog Odin had his operation there. Especially Jo Godfrey who was the senior veterinary nurse that looked after him. My dog Odin is an XL Bully and we have been on an incredibly stressful journey with him and the ban that came into place 31st December. We found the whole castration operation so stressful, Odin gets very worked up and to anyone that didn't know him very boisterous in the vets. They worked out a plan and medication to calm him before the visit. The vet was confident and friendly and efficient. The after care was also brilliant and on our return all of staff greeted Odin on his post op check up by fussing and reassuring him. I would highly recommend this vets and we are no longer worried about taking Odin to the vets due to the remarkable and amazing staff there.
