We cannot thank the entire team enough for what they have done for Bear. After he suffered such a severe and complicated break to his shoulder, we were absolutely devastated and frightened about what the future might hold. From the very first moment we walked through your doors, we were met with kindness, reassurance, and genuine compassion. The level of skill and dedication shown during his surgery was nothing short of incredible. Saving his leg felt like an impossible hope at the time, yet thanks to your expertise, patience, and determination, he has been given a second chance at a happy, active life. What truly stood out to us, though, was not just the medical care, but the people behind it. Every single member of staff we encountered from Receptionists, nurses, and vets, treated both us and Bear with such warmth and empathy. You took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every worried question, and supported us through what was an incredibly stressful experience. The team at Gareths were absolutely wonderful with our dog Piper. They were kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and treated Piper with genuine care and compassion. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish all the staff are so helpful and friendly our specialist Fabrizio was brilliant he walked me through the whole process which was multiple procedures for the day and all went as expected. Although we may have to revisit I’m completely satisfied with the whole process. 100% recommend

We attended for TPLO surgery. From 1st contact staff were lovely, friendly & helpful. Gareth performed the surgery and took time to explain everything to us, both before & after. Operation is healing well & Roxy is already using the leg, indeed stopping her is now the problem! Wouldn't hesitate to use Arthur's specialists again and would recommend 101%. Thank you so much.

A genuinely exceptional team. From the very first visit, I knew Lilah was in safe, capable, and truly caring hands. This clinic is exceptional! We had the most amazing experience and cannot recommend them highly enough! Our small Italian Greyhound was treated for patella luxation, and Doctor Gareth did an absolutely outstanding job. Every staff member was kind, caring, and professional. I still can’t believe it’s been less than two weeks since our dog’s surgery and he’s already stepping on his leg! At another clinic, when the same surgery was done on the other leg, it took over 9 months before he could use it again. The difference is incredible! We are deeply grateful for Doctor Gareth’s expertise, care, and dedication. A big Thank You also to the wonderful staff members who made the whole experience so positive. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking the very best for their pets!

I own an Italian greyhound & in her first 18 months she required 3 major surgeries on her legs. At Arthur Veterinary Specialists we dealt with the most professional & caring team. They saw us through a very traumatic & stressful time. We were always fully informed of what was happening, how to move forward & what to expect, always with the best interest of our dog. Today my dog leads a very normal & happy life. I can not recommend them enough & would always return for their services.
