I took my 19 year old cat to Rinnert, who is treating her for IBD at the moment, as always I found the session very helpful and professional.

The hour-long trip was well worth it. Both the diagnosis and the treatment were explained simply and clearly, and Simba was handled with such love and care that his stress level dropped noticeably. When sensitive areas were touched, he didn't lash out with the aggression he'd shown other regular vets. He even stayed quiet the whole way home. I don't know what you did to him, Catherine, but driving him back was a breeze. Thanks a million to Holistic Vet Care.

I have found the service to be incredibly caring and compassionate. From Alison on reception to seeing Dr Rinnet. There is a very calming influence and our initial appointment didn't feel rushed. Dr Rinnet took time to listen and understand the complex history of my dog. He showed good knowledge and advice upon suspected diagnosis. It was very interesting to see disease from an alternative perspective (TVCM), which so much of it made sense given my dogs symptoms. Reassurance was provided that help could be given to treat my dog. I am not naive to think that all dogs can be "fixed" but for once I am truly hopeful. Living with and managing a dog with multiple allergies/intolerances to both food and the environment is challenging. But I feel hopeful that a combination of chinese herbs with acupuncture could finally work, particularly as my dog is unable to tolerate traditional western medication. I love that Dr Rinnet tries hard to fix the root cause, rather than mask symptoms. Its early days, but fingers crossed there may actually be light at the end of the tunnel. My advise would be if you are sceptical or unsure, just do it, you have nothing to lose, it may just be what your animal needs.

A superb wonderful Vet, whose gentleness and love are Paramount. I cannot speak highly enough of this practice and Catherine the new Vet is again a Vet full of love, Care and attention.. Plus the care you get as you walk in as you can help yourself to a nice coffee. The practice is located in wonderful surroundings of a boat marina and there are some fabulous walks by the side of the canal when you have finished. All in all a score Of 100 out of 100.

My dog Remy has bladder cancer. Unfortunately it's not operable ,so I wanted to hit it in as many ways as possible. Holistic vet care was recommended to me. Remy is happy to go and loves the liver paste on offer. She has accupuncture and Chinese herbs

A really friendly and helpful team who know how to make my dog feel better. Rinnert spends important time with his patients getting to know them and gaining their trust. Certainly our dog, Mr Baggins has shown considerable improvement since we started bringing him here. We originally took him to a conventional Vet who gave him some medication for his Cushing disease but that made him worse so we stopped it within days. Rinnert has prescribed a course of herbs and natural remedies and they are very much helping our dog .

I am really grateful for finding Dr Rinnert . He is very kind, patient and great even with stubborn German shepherds like my dog. Bandit has been seeing Dr Rinnert mainly for his constant itching and skin issues. Acupuncture combined with herbs is amazing and works wonders for him. Every acupuncture session turns him from being an active 24 h operating cctv into a sleeping baby. I have attached pictures of Bandit being himself and after his acupuncture session. I think everyone should consider Dr Rinnert’s approach first as it is not about treating symptoms, but going to the root cause to address it.
