I'm sure that when my dogs name comes up the vets want to run a mile. He is a very naughty growly dog when he goes to the vets but everyone who has been involved with his treatment have been wonderful. Especially Anna who has put up with quite a lot from a very anxious, naughty malinois who is the worst patient ever. I feel that my dog is in the best of hands with Anna and she goes above and beyond to explain everything and help as much as she can. Nobody makes me feel bad for my dogs bad manners and they handle him really well. Thank you so much to all at Whitecross

My daughters dog had got out was found injured and taken here the vet wouldn't even treat her unless she paid 1200 the dog was in a bad way no sympathy just wanted money she took the dog and they reported her to the rspca but wouldn't treat her it's disgusting she took the dog to spinney hill who looked at her straight away not even asking how she would pay and treated her when they were told what happened they said the way my daughter was treated was awful now the dog is in the hands of vets that actually care for animals and not the money disgusting behaviour from this practice avoid at all costs !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I must say I have changed my mind about white Cross vets..2018 My first impression was not good.. Now in 2019 Since then I have taken my husky n my little jack Russell n they have been totally awesome vets.. Can not say enough good stuff about this place.. Thank you so much. Helpful, caring n have tried there hardest to help me with keeping the price down too.. Many thanks again... And now in 2022 I would like to add the following. If you are going to buy a medical vest for ur dog and walk out the shop with it but change your mind 30 minutes later this establishment will NOT REFUND YOU.. Because you walked out the shop... So make sure you really get it right 100% that the vest fits ur dog because I am now stuck with a medical vest worth £23... They refused to take it back because I walked out the shop.. So I think there is a bit of money grabbing gits going on and zero sympathy for there customers..

Had to take my cat to out of hours for eye and gum infection, where he received antibiotics and anti-nausea injections. As soon as we got home, he run to eat and drink and anti-nausea injection lasted for 2 days. Took him to White Cross yesterday morning, as was advised by out of hours to seek virus test and further anti-nausea medication, if he will be nauseous again (from infection). Vet seemed to be slightly lost, kept advising different test options, said that I need full blood test and etc. £862 (!) later, I'm convinced that they just charged me for anti-nausea injection and forgot to actually administrate it, as my cat is hungry, coming to his food, but not eating after visit at vets. And did not give any anti-nausea meds to take home. Received a call from them saying that he does not have any virus, but I need to pay further £1800 for more test, as they think he might have sepsis, but they don't know! And threatened to "investigate my cat's living conditions" after I refused to agree with them! So rude! I would advise investigating actual care by vet, because it seemed that all they want is money and didn't even care about actual pet. My cat is active, drinking, runing up and down the stairs, going to toilet, acting like normal, apart of eating, his gums are not pale or grey - there are no signs of sepsis for £1800! All he needs is anti-nausea meds that they failed to administrate and give any anti-nausea meds to take home! Very disappointed and heartbroken by such a reckless and negligent care of vet... 😔

All staff are so kind and friendly I highly recommend and being on there pet plan has helped me out massively

The fastest pets registration (which included obtaining pets history from other different vets) and outstanding customer service from the reception - very impressive 🩷

Had a call to say initial blood tests on our dog came up saying he had a kidney issue. I asked on what scale should I be worried and got told nicely pay £95 for another test and we will let you know. Evidently when I pressed them on this the second test would be the same as the 1st. They left me and my family scared unless we paid another £95.

We lost our dog suddenly. The vets were the best that you could hope for giving the circumstances.
