Now moves into the Riverside store due to the fire. Staff are fantastic, making the best of a bad situation at the minute but always remaining professional and there is never a glum face even though it must be crowded for them all.

I have used this vets for over 12 years, and I cannot praise them enough. I recently had to go elsewhere in an emergency, whilst on holiday, and wished that I had travelled the 2 hours home instead. The receptionist's are really friendly, and genuinely care about my animals as much as I do. They ask after all of them when they see me and are always really helpful and efficient. In an emergency they have always just fitted me in, something I am truly grateful for. Pavel has been my vet for the whole time that my animals have attended his surgery, unlike some I have met - he cares about my animals, always has their best interests at heart. I have never felt any judgement from him, or criticism. He talks through the options with me, and nothing is too much for him. He also seems to actually like animals, I have met a number of vets for whom the job is just there to pay the bills. All of my animals have been seen by this surgery over the years and I will be sure to register my next puppy with them, fingers crossed for November.

The team at Companion Care have been looking after our two dogs for the past year or so. Everyone from the receptionist, nurses, and vets have been great every time we have visited (and we've visited more than most!!!). From a check-up to major orthopaedic surgery the care has been outstanding. Recommended 100%. Polly and Blackbeard say a million thank you's for taking care of them!
