We went to inquire about seeing the vets amd getting more information as we were getting a kitten our first pet as a family and the receptionist was just rude, fobbed us off, no personality at all she was horrible she nearly put my daughter off if vet people were like this, sorry but shes not a people person she is in the wrong job. Wont be bringing my pet there also heard too many bad things about these vets.

The receptionist laughed as i was upset about leaving my dog also on the phone when i rang in, will be making an complaint about this also when picked my dog up after having dental procedure with 3 teeth being removed I noticed her tounge sticking out the nurse then proceeded to wet her finger and shoved it in my dogs mouth and move it about and say get ur tounge in there, my chihuahuas mouth is sore and shes doing that not acceptable I'll be making a complaint about it aswell avoid

Have been with this vet for over three years and they have been fantastic. One of my dogs has Addisons disease and it has been well managed since diagnosis. All staff have always been incredibly kind and caring, the vets themselves are excellent, they have the greatest compassion and expertise and I’d highly recommend them.

I've used Vets4Pets St James for years always with excellent service, the last time I went i felt it had lost its personal touch so decided to try the Riverside branch. BIG MISTAKE numerous emails back and fourth with an anonymous member of staff trying to book my pet in has left me realising if they can't be professional in an email conversation I really don't want to trust them with my pet. One email lacked any kind of greeting, all lacked ownership, punctuation, grammar and the last was condescending and on the brink of rude. I'm not the admin police and I would've overlooked all this if the composer of the emails was a little nicer maybe used his/her name and explained in clear sentences what was required. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere. Really disappointed Vets4Pets your staff have let you down
