All the vets are brilliant with my cat, Crumb. Let’s just say Crumb has a strong aversion to people who aren’t me, and she’s not afraid of telling them, but the vets here take it all in their stride. The separate cat waiting area is a great idea, and the waiting room is calm and quiet, ideal for putting highly strung animals at ease a little. I always apologise for Crumbs behaviour, but they just smile and joke about it. Just what I need to help put me at ease as well! Appointments are easy to get, and they generally see you on time. (Barring emergencies that may come in before you.(Quite right to!)) Crumb is the most important part of my life, and I trust these vets with her 100%. You can tell they genuinely care about those they are treating. Highly recommended!

We called Spinney Vets because we found a stray cat that we needed to have checked over and the whole team were so friendly and professional from start to finish. They took care of George amazingly well and the vet gave us all the help and information we needed. We are so happy that we now homed George and that we have Spinney vets to look after him when needed. We absolutely love Spinney vets and will be using them in the future. This must be the best vet practice in town. The staff are welcoming, caring and efficient. My dog is always happy to go there and shows absolutely no signs of stress when meeting the vets. Really happy with the advice given.

Had terrible experience. 15 minute wait to be seen, with my anxious dog during a thunderstorm. Not a warm welcome at reception and vet didn't seem to know why I was there or what he was doing. Visit took 45 minutes of which the majority was vet typing into computer while nervous dog was standing on the table. In addition to the annual vaccination I was charged £60 for a small bottle of eyes drops that have not been tested on dogs, only humans, so I had to sign a disclaimer. I could have bought the same stuff online for about £6.
